By using ordo.studio you confirm that you have read this Policy and consent to the processing of your data for the purposes described herein.

We collect only data you provide voluntarily through site forms and data your browser automatically transmits during normal navigation.

• Application form data: full name, phone, Telegram username, project description, project stage.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, traffic source — collected anonymously through cookies and web-analytics services.
• Correspondence: contents of messages sent to us by email, Telegram, or feedback forms.

We process personal data only for the following purposes:

• reviewing applications to the Residency programme and Founders' School;
• contacting you about your application, Studio programmes, and partner events;
• improving the website and user experience;
• complying with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (Article 5, Law No. 58), which you give by submitting a form or continuing to use the site.

Some data may be processed without separate consent if necessary for performing a contract with the Studio, protecting its rights and lawful interests, or complying with legal requirements.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

• Sharing with our strategic partner Startup Garage (Tashkent, Uzbekistan) — only within joint programmes and only with your separate consent.
• Sharing with state authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic — only on a justified statutory request.
• Use of third-party hosting and analytics services (Vercel, web-analytics tools) — only in anonymised form. These services process data under their own policies.

Applications and related correspondence: up to 24 months from the last interaction. After that data is deleted or anonymised.

Technical cookie data: per the lifetime of the specific cookie (typically 30 days to 12 months).

Data may be deleted earlier on your request, unless otherwise required by law.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. The site runs over HTTPS.
