Ordo Startup Studio (the 'Studio', 'we') operates ordo.studio and runs programmes supporting technology startups in Kyrgyzstan together with our strategic partner Startup Garage (Tashkent, Uzbekistan).

The site publishes information about the Studio's programmes — the Residency and Founders' School — and lets you submit applications. The site is an informational resource and does not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 397 of the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

By using the site (including viewing pages and submitting forms) you confirm that you are 18 or older (or are acting with the consent of a legal representative) and accept these Terms in full.

You may use the site for personal and business purposes that comply with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. You may not:

• attempt unauthorised access to servers, databases, or admin sections of the site;
• upload malicious software or take actions that disrupt the site;
• use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without the Studio's written consent;
• impersonate another person when submitting forms;
• use site materials for fraudulent or otherwise unlawful purposes.

All texts, design, logos, graphics, and other materials on the site belong to Ordo Startup Studio or are used with the rightsholders' permission. Trademarks of partners (Startup Garage and others) belong to their respective owners.

Copying, publishing, or otherwise using site materials commercially without the Studio's written consent is not permitted. Quotation with attribution is allowed.

Conditions for participation in the Residency, Founders' School, and other programmes are governed by separate agreements signed with participants after the selection process. Information on the site is informational.

The Studio reserves the right to change programme parameters, timelines, investment size, and team composition, with notice on the site or via individual communication.

Submitting an application creates no obligations for the Studio. The decision to invite an applicant into a programme is taken following selection and is not subject to appeal.

By submitting an application you warrant that the information provided is accurate. Knowingly false information is grounds for rejection and/or termination of any relationship with the Studio.

The site is provided 'as is' without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for the user's particular purpose.

The Studio is not responsible for: outages of third-party services (hosting, analytics, messengers); third-party actions on linked sites; decisions taken by the user based on information from the site.

The Studio's aggregate liability to any user is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the Studio's services (if any payments have been made).

We may update these Terms. The current version is published at this URL. Material changes will be accompanied by notice on the site.

By continuing to use the site after an update is published, you accept the changed terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.

All disputes arising out of the use of the site shall be settled by the courts of general jurisdiction at the Studio's location (Bishkek), unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of law.
